Lindsay Lohan's parents Dina and Michael Lohan have finally divorced

Lindsay Lohan's parents Dina and Michael Lohan have finally divorced, almost two years after they split.

The pair went their separate ways in December 2005, but a battle over joint assets and custody has drawn out the divorce.

According to TMZ.com Dina has been granted the conditions she requested, but the judge complimented both parties for making the effort to iron out the details of the deal.

The judgment doesn't include custody of Lindsay Lohan's two younger siblings, which will be decided in court in September.
